This is our most sophisticated restaurant. Situated in the lodge, around the fire place.
Enjoy a lovely meal in a tranquil, warmly-lit but beautiful space. Our chef will prepare you simple but mountainy good meals.

From Thursday evening to Sunday lunch throughout the winter months (December to April), June and October.

As long as the sun is high and strong, we open up a small wooden hut, also known as the “xiringuito”. A place to spend your day after a morning trek for the brave, or a stroll for the chilled. Enjoy a simple lunch while the views sink in and listen to the silence of the mountains.
Opens:
Everyday from July to September from 11am to 5pm. On Thursday evenings (live music) from 8pm till midnight. Don´t forget to book!
When the valley is all snowed up, our summer outdoor pop-up becomes a cosy wooden shack, with its own fireplace and two communal tables.
The idea is to come by after your snowshoe walk or ski mountaineering, and enjoy a well-deserved meal.
No guilt, you will burn it off on your walk back.

Every weekend throughout the winter from 12pm to 5pm.
Also available for private events.
Throughout the winter, the access is closed, so we will pick you up at the entrance of the valley with our snowcat and take you to the lodge. Please make sure you book, otherwise you might be left out!
